WASHINGTON, Nov. 18, 2021 – Today, President Joe Biden announced his intent to appoint six U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) regional positions, including four Farm Service Agency (FSA) State Executive Directors and two Rural Development (RD) State Directors.
